Minimum Production Quantity

You can order any quantity you need from the ready-made bags we hold in our warehouse. For orders in a special color or a special size, that is, outside the ready stock color, the minimum order quantity is 200 units. On special orders of 200 units and above, the fabric color, the inner lining color or the zipper color can be changed.

Material and Details

The outside of the bag is made of black 1900 D and similar waterproof imperteks, while the inner linings are made of 270 denier premium waterproof phthalate-free fabric. Airtex material is used on the shoulder straps for carrying comfort. The bag bodies are reinforced with 8 mm thick foam. Type 8 quality zippers with metal pulls are used. There is a laptop sleeve inside the bag. The bag has 3 zippered top compartments and 2 front compartments.

Size

The bag measures 32x45x15 cm. Production in custom sizes is possible.

Printing Types, Printing Fees and Delivery Time for Made-to-Order Backpacks

Technically, any kind of print can be applied anywhere on the bag. The available techniques are single-color or multi-color classic screen printing, transfer printing, laser marking on a metal plate, and embroidery. Printing fees vary according to the number of colors in the artwork, the size of the print, the print quantity and the printing technique. Production time varies with the order quantity; for orders between 200 and 500 units, production takes an average of 7-15 days.

We do not offer a printing service on bag orders below 50 units. Embroidery cannot technically be applied to ready-made bags from stock; only single-color screen printing, laser marking on a metal plate and transfer printing are possible. Printing fees vary according to the number of colors in the artwork, the size of the print, the print quantity and the printing technique. Unprinted ready-made bags from stock can be delivered the same day, while printed bags can be delivered within 2-7 days depending on the printing technique and the order quantity.

Delivery

For customers ordering from outside Istanbul, we arrange shipping at favorable rates through our contracted cargo company or transport companies. Customers in Istanbul can collect their products themselves from our workshop or from our Istoc sales office; alternatively we can send them by cargo or with our contracted transport companies.
