Your name and surname, e-mail, phone, company information, and request details are processed during the quote form, contact form, and order processes.

Processing Purposes

Your data is used for preparing quotes, tracking orders, customer communication, and fulfilling legal obligations.

AI Assistant (Eden Genie)

Messages you write to the Eden Genie chat assistant on our site are transmitted to the Claude model of Anthropic, a service provider located outside Türkiye, in order to generate responses. Conversations are stored under a random session identifier that is not linked to your identity, and are used to measure and improve recommendation quality. Information you choose to share during the conversation — such as your name, e-mail or phone number — is contained within the message text; we therefore recommend that you do not write sensitive personal data into the chat. This processing is based on the explicit consent you give when you approve your cookie and privacy preferences.
