At our Pendik production facility we get brands' products shelf- and shipment-ready with a broad range of services — from blister to shrink, filling to assembly. We provide end-to-end packaging support across promotional, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, non-food and industrial products.

End-to-end packaging solutions
Blister Packaging
An at-shelf packaging where the product is presented hanging in markets, malls or pharmacies. Made of clear material, it presents the product more attractively, prevents handling and is heat-sealed onto a printed card carrying all product information — at the lowest cost.
Shrink Wrapping
Wrapping one or more products in a flexible special plastic film and shrinking it with heat; it holds the items together so they reach the consumer protected.
Sleeve Labeling
A sleeve / body-sleeve labeling type applied with PVC, PET and OPS films, creating wide usage with striking colours and designs.
Flowpack (Non-food)
Packing tissues, soap, toys and stationery — singly or in fives and tens — in clear or logo-printed flow film.
Cellophane & Envelope Sealing
Envelope-type wrapping / cellophaning applied over boxes of perfume, cream, stationery, medicine and more, protecting the product against dust, tampering, opening and wear. Applied to any box size, with optional inkjet expiry coding and barcode application.
Inkjet Coding
Printing manufacturing and expiry information legibly and contact-free onto product packaging, bottles, cans and similar with industrial and print inkjet printers.
Liquid Filling
Hands-free bottling of various-viscosity products such as essences, colognes and disinfectants with our liquid filling machines.
Non-food Filling
Filling powder products such as cat litter or foot-odour powder, plus premium coated and kraft papers, into companies' own logo-printed packs.
Boxing
Sorting bulk products by type and variety, boxing them to the desired standard and making them sales-ready.
Assembly
Assembling and completing bulk products such as pens, toys, electrical sockets and switches in a serial, line-based fashion, tested and passed through various stages.
Handling
A sequence of operations — unpacking, repacking, repackaging, placing into containers, folding, removing and replacing brand or labels, valve cutting and boxing into cartons — without losing the product's properties.
Labeling
Applying serial number, barcode and info labels by hand or machine onto any glass or plastic product — on its cap or wrapped around it.
Printing
We meet your printing needs — boxes, catalogues, brochures and cardboard bags — with four-colour Roland offset.
Custom Packaging
Packaging created with patterned or clear paper bags, boxes, gift and felt packs, jute and metallic monofil twine, natural and metallic raffia, macramé, and various stickers and ornaments — for promotional or personalised packaging.

Frequently asked questions about packaging
Which products do you provide contract packaging for?
All non-food sectors: promotional, pharmaceutical (secondary packaging), cosmetic, industrial and gift products. We do not handle food filling.
Is there a minimum quantity?
It depends on the project and operation; we work flexibly from small batches to mass production. The exact quantity is set at the quote stage.
Do you provide samples/approval before mass production?
Yes, we apply a sample and approval stage before mass production, and every batch passes quality control.
What is the lead time?
It depends on the type and quantity of work; planning is finalized at the quote stage. Our production facility is in Pendik / İstanbul.
Do you supply the packaging materials?
Materials can be supplied by you, or we can advise on sourcing; we carry out the assembly, filling and packing operations.
