What is the minimum order quantity?
It varies by product — generally starts between 50–250 units. Small items (pens, keychains) typically start at 250; mid-range items (notebooks, flasks) at 50–100. Each product page states its own minimum and recommended quantity tiers.
Can I order just one unit?
Standard promotional items have minimum order requirements. However, for products that support digital printing or sublimation (mugs, mouse pads, etc.) orders from 1 unit are possible.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on product type, order quantity, print technique, and number of colors. The unit price decreases at higher quantities. You can request a detailed quote through our quote form.
Are there discounts for bulk orders?
Yes. Orders of 500+ units receive special pricing. Orders of 1000+ units qualify for additional discounts and free shipping options.

What print techniques do you use for logos?
We use laser engraving, pad printing, screen printing, digital printing, embroidery, UV printing, foil transfer, and sublimation. The most suitable technique is recommended based on the product material and design.
What file format should my logo be in?
AI, PDF, SVG, or high-resolution PNG (min. 300 DPI, 2000px+) are preferred. Vector formats maintain print quality at any scale. If you don't have a logo file, we also provide graphic design support.
My logo has many colors — which technique is right?
For more than 4 colors, digital printing, UV printing, or sublimation is recommended. With these techniques, the number of colors does not affect cost. See our print guide for details.
How large can the print area be?
It depends on the technique and product. Pad printing is typically 5×5 cm, screen printing up to 30×40 cm, and digital printing can cover the entire product surface.
I don't have a Pantone color — what should I do?
Send us your digital logo file; our specialist team will determine the closest Pantone match. A color proof will be shown before approval.
How durable is the print?
Laser engraving is permanent for life. Pad and screen printing are resistant to washing and abrasion. UV prints offer high durability. Detailed information by technique is available in our print guide.

What is the delivery time?
For in-stock items, 7–10 business days after printing; for custom-manufactured items, 15–25 business days. The exact date is confirmed at the approval stage and a production schedule is shared with you.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Domestic shipping is T+1; international shipping is 5–10 business days. Customs and shipping costs are added to the order. We frequently ship to Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping cost varies by order volume, weight, and delivery region. Free shipping is available for orders above a certain amount.
Is express delivery available?
Yes. We offer express production and delivery for urgent orders. The express delivery timeframe and any additional cost are communicated before ordering.

Samples & Previews
Can I see a sample?
Yes. A printed sample or digital preview (mockup) is provided before ordering. With our AI Mockup tool you can instantly see your logo on the product.
Is there a cost for samples?
The printed sample cost is deducted from the total once the order is confirmed. Requests for unprinted samples are also considered.
How does the AI Mockup system work?
Click the 'See It With Your Logo' button on the product page and upload your logo. AI realistically places your logo on the product's print area. The result is ready in seconds.
PAYMENT & INVOICE
Payment & Invoice
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer/EFT, corporate credit cards, and checks. Deferred payment options are available for corporate clients.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes, an e-invoice is issued for all orders. Special invoicing options are available for corporate customers.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Cancellation or modification is possible before the mold is prepared and production begins. Changes cannot be made once production has started.

What standards do your products comply with?
Our products are sourced in compliance with TSE and CE standards. FDA-compliant materials are used for food-related items.
Is there a warranty?
A warranty against manufacturing defects is provided. Free replacement is offered in cases of print quality or material defects.
Do you offer eco-friendly product options?
Yes. We have a wide range of products made from bamboo, recycled PET, organic cotton, and biodegradable materials.
Can I have a custom product manufactured?
Yes. Custom molds, custom colors, and custom design products can be produced. Minimum order quantity and production time are evaluated on a project basis.
